Intel is intel, might be a week or month or a hundred years and someone may have use for it. If you're the only one who has it, it dies with you!
Unless the girl is retiring or on her way to the scaffold, she will re-appear some day in the future! Also, review will also go toward intel on the place.
I like to write review the day of or as close as possible, so it's still actionable intel. As you say, that girl is gone already, the day of and someone could have used that intel to make a decision about their hobbying for the day!
There is a girl at a place in my area, she bounces between two places, and also up to New Yock, so we may have her here a few weeks then a few weeks there and a few weeks there and then maybe back here. If everyone decides not to review because she's not here this week, no one will ever know about this superstar!
