It sounds like OR is quite busy and I’m not hearing anything good these days regarding TG. So what is my next best option in the area ? And does anyone know of a reliable outcall girl or service in the area? I’ll be staying at the Mohegan and would like to have a girl come to my room.

I don't know about good Outcall but Apple Spa in Larksville or Smile in Hazelton are probably your two best bets (Apple over Smile). There is also now Chun Spa in Nanticoke but not a ton of reviews yet. Good luck.

I follow W-B reviews for spas from a distance in Philly. I did have a chance recently to visit Apple Spa and they treated me great. See my review for "Last Train to Larksville. OE does get solid reviews too.

For outcall you can pay for membership on The Erotic Review or Erotic Monkey to get some fairly reliable info. A whole lot safer than rolling the dice on a Skip the Games type of site.
