If I remember correctly in the very beginning escort reviews were allowed but no credit was given. I believe that has changed.

There are not many websites to adverstise on, especially given the crackdown on them for the last 5ish years. Plus, most sites have option to choose to advertise as massage or escort or bdsm or online options, etc. and we have options to filter by looks, location, service. So really its all in the details.
Yes, there are some women who can upgrade you and some that post misleading things but those are not core issues
