Which floor of 98 Mott is not terrible?

Obviously, from what I've read here, the 6th floor is not for me as the women tend to be over 55, but there are conflicting reports of the other floors. My question is then, which floor of 98 Mott is not terrible? Which floor has acceptable hygiene, privacy and women at 40 or under? Which floor will not cause me to run screaming back into the street?

Pretty sure you're not going to find women under 40 here. I mean, if you're asking these questions why would you want to visit this place anyway? Like, if I decide to go to a parlor and spend money, I'd want to find a place that was good as opposed to "not terrible."

Exactly this. Why would you go if you know its bad? It's like going to a 1 star rated restaurant on Yelp and asking what the least nastiest entree there.

Lilly and Lucy looks under 40 but nasty nana is way over 50. The third floor has the best looking girls, I can’t give you any action info because I was at the 3rd floor the other day and saw a rat the size of Brock Lesner and then I booked out of there. Lucy and Lilly looks very sexy, nana is old and she gives you the option to use rubbers or go natural so that’s why I call her nasty nana

Stopped bye for the first time.
Seasoned monger on Phila.
Opened the door on the 6th floor and was immediately greeted and grabbed by a 40 ish blonde.
