Sorry to get off track, I like using a chair, prop it up against the door to prevent someone from walking in during a session, one favorite spa has a small sofa, makes for much fun, changing positions sitting back letting provider do some work.

I will get cramps at night or throughout the day if I don't take a magnesium supplement a couple of times a week. Might want to look into that.

There are many magnesium supplements. Google what is good and do not take it in excess.

You must be a young guy. I would call 10 mins premature ejactulation. Maybe it's due to lost sensitivity but the legendary "going all night" is not
what it's cracked up to be.

There are many factors to determine how long one can pound some Kitty, take for example a guy that DIY much, he IMO may have some difficulty due to the provider not handling his junk as he would, things can take much longer or even be a turn off in a R&T, another factor for sake of argument is, how hot is the lovely FS provider, how quick does she get your juices flowing, have you waited to long to make a visit, is she DFK and vocal from the get go, this can make for a short first pop or session. I tend to change positions when I get the urge to explode, gives me a moment to cool things down and prolong session, then there are times you just say fuck it and let it flow as soon as possible, many factors can determine this type, does she have a bit of the dragon breath and is breathing with her mouth open almost causing a deal breaker, lol, either change positions or risk ruining the visit. Wearing a cover IMO makes one last longer since some of the sensitivity is prohibited, not always, but mostly.
