Do the close contact businesses include barber shops? I haven't had my hair cut for 2 months already.

Yes that includes barber shops. Some states will open sooner than NY Metro area. About 20 states have very few cases.

I work in Biotech- under normal, full FDA approved situations, a new Vaccine takes 3 full years from the time it's shown in the lab to work to be approved for use outside of clinical trials. Clinical trials usually start 2 years after a vaccine shows promise. There is NO vaccine right now that has shown any response to the virus... We could be looking at a LONG time if vaccines are the benchmark.
