For me, it's the perky 'B', enough to tell its not a boy but not too much more than that.

Agree. This can happen if a woman has lost a lot of weight. I consider this more “reconstructive” though.
Even here, it should be just enough to give them some shape. We are looking for a teardrop, not rock hard torpedoes that stick straight out.
