What the heck is going on with Nanami?

This has been bothering me for a while. I follow the old protocol: when you see a provider at work, you tip. Doesn't matter if you are dating. Has this changed? And does RS8 collect the total upfront? Including the tip? I find the argument that Nanami should have collected the tip up front to be extremely condescending. Tips are usually based on performance, which is afterwards.
This really depends on the girl, she could have lead this monger on to think that freebies was on the table. But then again who knows as we aren’t the affected people. All I know is if a girl gives you freebies because she likes you, it’ll stay that way until she says so otherwise. It could even go as far as you only needing to cover the house fee, I have first hand experience with this with one of my ATFs.
I’m actually really proud of R8 and Bella for standing up and taking matters into their own hand. Many other places would of blamed the customer or played victim as we are all just ATM with cocks to them. That probably why Nanami hit up her old shop for that exact reason once this shit went down. But not ole blondetips Bella! lol good for her. I got a new respect for her now!
RS8 isn't totally blameless. They agreed with Nanami that there should have been a tip, by blaming her for not getting the tip at the beginning of the session. Which makes no sense to me, as tips are usually received after. Asking for the tip upfront has always been bad business. Making the root cause of the tension, that "ATM with a cock" for not giving her one. Yet, they blame her attitude on not getting a tip, plus breaking the phone. Even then, are those enough reasons to put up that blurb and try to permanently damage her reputation?
If you’re talking about ‘tip’ for extra services in terms of NS, Greek. Or others things.. as advertised. Shops no matter which ones always advises the girls to collect all rate and tip money upfront. If you’re talking tip as traditional gratuity then that’s completely up to the customer’s preference, shops should never be involved in that exchange. So I really fail to see how R8 is in the wrong in anyway if that’s what happened. A lot of things have happened at shops between girls and shop involving customers and themselves that no one ever hears about including arguments like this. It just takes a special girl and a special mms under the right conditions and we got the perfect storm. We just got to make sure we steer clear of the storm.
Illogical argument. Agreeing she should have gotten the tip. Meaning it was gratuities, thus making the customer in the wrong. But then turn around and uses her not getting a tip as a reason for her being a bad provider.

So let’s be more logical. Say in a restaurant… If we are talking about traditional tipping then all restaurants believes their servers should get tips but if the service was subpar or the customer didn’t leave one as tipping is not compulsory, then the server doesn’t have the right to attack a customer verbal or abusive and the management. that would make her a bad server.
But I can see you have a horse in this race as I do not so I don’t think any logical points is going to come across to you. So I’ll just let you carry on.
This part I agree with. But to claim the customer stiffed her, causing her to argue with you, resulting in a broken phone, and the using the lack of a tip, and not the argument itself as a reason to disparage her is what happened here. Because the excuse gievn wasn't bad session, but the monger thinking he was entitled as he considered her his GF. Per post #22.
The only horse I have in this is RS8 crossing the line. Plenty of bad providers and shops. All handled under the radar. Not happy with the precedence being set here.

I love it! 99% of the time all shops will take up for the girl no matter how abusive to the staff or customers they are. If one of us dare say something online or write a bad review they will threaten to block us from visiting new girls. Most of these girls are sweethearts, however this sets a precedent that shows the divas of the shops they can’t be acting like that and get away with it.
