What Spas have that punch card ?

Are Gold Spa and 785 Spas the only ones with punch cards for every visit?

there are places in the city that have them, but don't venture in there anymore so hard to say. In Passaic yes, these are the only ones I've seen - Charming, Acacia/701, Green, Tokyo, New Happy...none of them have it as far as I've seen.
