I'll guess your estimate is 100%. They do this there, their cut is total shit. They come here, their take is still pretty shit but better enough to outweigh the negatives.

I have only seen a small subset of the J-girls that come here, but you can just ask them. It's generally easier if you can speak Japanese though.
