Caught up in one at OWC many years ago. Took my information, but nothing ever came of it. They have to witness you getting sex to have a case. In fact, the cop who stayed in the room with me ended up looking in my pants pocket while it was hanging on the hook and pulled out a condom. Asked what it was for and I told him that I had heard that sometimes sex is offered and I wanted to be prepared. These days I am much more aware of civil rights and that would be classified as a 4th amendment violation against illegal search and siezure. That's another story for another day, but it goes to show that I even had the idea of possible sex at OWC and had proof in my pants pocket, but they couldn't touch me without witnessing the sex.
The correct advice. Never help them make a case. Any offer of "if you help us, we'll help you", is horseshit. Make them collect evidence as is their occupation, and make the DA prosecute the case as is her occupation. Is your right to remain silent, and not doing this is silly. Think in your mind, what evidence do they have that you have committed a crime? You are in a place that has a sign that says massage, just like Hand and Stone has. No police go to Hand and Stone. But again, never say anything, don't say "I'm just here for massage", the answer to everything is "am I being detained?" and or "I require to have my attorney present before I can answer this question". Don't be a dick about it, just state these as clear facts, with no extras.
They are either there at the behest of the DA or sheriff hoping to get something they can use in the ads for their upcoming election, or they are there as henchmen for the Homeland Security, looking for "human trafficking". Either way, you are not involved. Now, if you're caught red-handed or on video, you're fucked up, but STILL, ask if you are being detained, and declare that you require your attorney.

Topic covered many times. But like @ffir said, you are fucked either way. Your best bet if they tell you to get the fuck out of there. If you're a smart ass and talk about your rights, they will take your name, number, address and may contact you at a later time. Nothing like coming home and not knowing if the next phone call or knock is someone who is going to ask you questions.
One of my ATF was caught in a raid. She had just finished fucking the customer and the condom was still in the room. She was naked giving the customer a massage. They did not see any money exchange. There was no talk of money for sex. Customer was single and they played it off as they were a couple. Went to court and case was dismissed.
