I am an RR. If a client has a lot of cash withdrawals we are required Compliance wise to ask “ hey all ok?”. When the client answers yes. That is all we need to know.

But you are not required to ask him what he's doing with the money. ( assuming he is not listed as a " vulnerable " client )

As I said compliance wise we have to ask is all ok. After the clients says “ yes all is ok” it’s none of my business then.
