Can I ask though haven’t we all taken one of the team and lost sometimes it’s like in any business or venture you lose some you win some and some times even when you pick the “right” one it ends up being a dud. Then you pick one that might not be your ideal and it turns out better than you think. I own my own business and work for myself and it’s inevitable that you will take losses and have up’s and downs it’s all a part of the game called LIFE. I call it taking risks. I did it before I ventured out to be an entrepreneur and work for myself being self employed. I took many risks before entering this hobby of ours. I figure why stop now it’s been working this long and so far. Like I said before my standards and expectations have changed since the hobby and it’s taught me a lot. I’ve learned not to judge a book by its cover. I’m into exploring different kinds of food, travel to new and different places I’ve never been before, listen to new music, go to different shows, movies, etc.
All I’m saying is give and yourself a chance once in awhile and yourself a chance to experience something different and new that you previously wouldn’t ever think of trying or doing. Through exploring and self discovery you might find out you like something you previously thought you never would like after all and it now becomes your new favorite thing. I have introduced friends to Omakase who would have never thought of eating raw fish years ago or visit countries they don’t even know or speak the language at all and still have a great time. Now they do these things in their spare time all the time and have had many great adventures/experiences and stories to tell.
What I’m saying in essence is keep an open mind and try new things don’t close yourself off because you think it’s not for you. It might be your “new” thing that’s all the end.

Surprised at how many mongers just stay if they don't like what they see. It's a business. The girls themselves know they're not the best of the bunch. That's why there's bait and switch.
