Couples of times got rushed.
One on a weekday, one on Saturday.
And see couples of mongers waiting on my way out

Just want to go when there is less traffic in passaic or north bergen.

Thanks

It really depends on the spa, every place is different but I would say to stay away from lunchtime, for me 12-2 is the busiest for some reason, 4-5 is quite weekdays

Best time is usually first thing in the morning, or late afternoon Monday thru Thursday like 3-5pm. This logic holds true for most places but for some like Gold or Queen it's always a madhouse.

Weekend afternoons in the dead of summer when a lot of people are out of town or down the shore can also be pretty quiet.
