What can I get in LA that I can’t in the Bay Area?

Posting this her since the LA board seems dead.

So I’m heading down to LA after a couple years of not visiting much due to the pandemic. Actually started my hobbying down there and have kept up visits over the years when I’m in town.

Anyways, scoping out the scene and doing research and holy moly has the scene changed post-pandemic.

Things I’ve noticed:
- Multiple bookers with overlapping rosters
- A la carte pricing for everything from MSOG to PSE
- Lower quality of girls? (Maybe subjective)

LA used to be KGirl heaven and home to so many legends.

But comparing the options we have up here, dare I say, is the Bay Area scene better than LA now?

Curious what your opinions are for those who hobby in both places.

I used to feel like LA had better lookers on average but taking a quick look, seems like a lot of former Bay Area girls down in LA.

Prove me wrong? Any one down there I should visit that feels of a level we don’t get up here?

Hmmm, LA used to be flush with young Korean hotties. I’m not so sure if that’s true anymore. LA has the largest Korea Town and I believe the largest Korean population of any city outside Korea, if I remember correctly. This combination is a big draw for girls who generally do not speak English and prefer some familiarity.

LA pricing is higher than NorCal. That’s always been the case.

Do you know the reason behind why its more expensive to monger in LA? Wage wise, SF bay area is higher, cost of living is higher... yet, the same hobby and talent flocks to LA.

Their PO system is more competitive and they take a bigger cut and that cost is passed onto the monger. Generally a larger and younger population, so more bookings on average, but also more money.

It just comes down to preference. younger ladies want to make more money and have the energy to do so, go to LA. Ladies in the bay are more serviced oriented for older dudes, but we also get a larger percentage of lazy GPS ladies trying to find a sugar daddy, lol.
A lot of them just bounce around orgs to travel as well and LA is just more of a home base.

From my understanding is because working at LA comes with more risk with robber and thief. Bay is all tech.

Therefore they charge more in LA.

Not sure I buy the younger girl thing. All these photos look PSed or stolen from IG models and the reviews I read on the hotties all seem to corroborate. What am I missing here? Honestly feels at parity with the Bay Area.

A couple of RAs told me that they had more bookings here in NorCal than down there in SoCal. So they were able to make more here just on volume. They told me that even though SoCal has a more RAs and mongers, everything is spread out and that limits the number of customers at a location. Here in the Bay all the action is concentrated in 2 areas that are relatively close to each other.

With young beauty queens like Izzy, Della, Jade, Kori, Nixie (I can keep going), is the bay area that much weaker in terms of young eye candy? A lot of these girls are super pretty, the best I have seen after years of hobbying

You’re on the wrong website.

If you’ve been around for a while, you will know that AR doesn’t necessarily have the most active board for Los Angeles and a lot of other larger cities with thriving hobbyist scenes. The reason being is that that particular community uses another resource to share and discuss intel.

As someone who has hobbies in both cities I can assure that LA scene is not lacking. Another poster mentioned it was cheaper in the Bay Area and I will concede that but the pure selection in Los Angeles is absolutely nuts. Yes POs still use photoshop and subpar experiences are very much a possibility but you are missing out on higher tier of k-girls if you’re only focused on price.

Thought exercise: If LA was behind in Bay Area, why do all the legendary girls originate in LA? (Some Bay Area orgs even source from LA orgs because the POs know what they’re doing and the selection always impresses.

TLDR: The only reason to choose the Bay is to save $40-$100. If you can afford the difference, LA is simply the best.

Of the few violent sessions I ever heard about in all of Cali, LA takes the cake for magnitude of depravity. I think 2020 or 2021, some girl got her face literally kicked in.

Dude, I am not arguing that bay area girls beat out LA girls. Hell no, I am not delusional.
But they are pretty enough for me. I sometimes wish I were at LA, but hey, bay area is definitely good enough for me.

Ok. I’m back from LA. And I’ve seen the light. And that was a double header of doubles. Two doubles sessions. One day. Mind blowing.

I will say the lineups overall seems younger and on average more attractive. Maybe fewer DDG that years past level of attractiveness is still high.

So I take it back. Bay Area is still a Tier 2 market.

But LA is only an hour away.

Double doubles? Nice.

Did you try Ava and Cindy at Candy Girl? How would you compare it to GFEI Nixie and Sarah doubles or other doubles in the bay?
