No she is an older Mexican lady. She has you get ready in room comes in and starts wax. She started on sides first which isn't bad then works her way to the base which is the most painful part every time I get it done. Lastly is the shaft which I never feel any pain. The only issue is that normally you would get powder during which soothes a little bit but the oil feels like heaven. Afterwards. Powder also helps wax stick better meaning less wax and less pain.
