I'm thinking Cartagena, Colombia. Though I'm very curious about Venezuela, but it's pricier. I've been to Costa Rica and I loved it. I'm in my mid 50s, a few drinks, practice my Spanish, maybe some pay to play sexy time in my room. Though I like going off the beaten path, it is nice to head back to a secure hotel at the end of the day, but I'm up for some adventure. Suggestions?
