Yes because then she's not UTR anymore. But if it's ambiguous I recommend asking her first just in case.

If she has an ad up, just link to the ad and don't put in the phone are address.

I assume the ban on utr/unadvertised spots is that they can not control nor do the want the exposure.

Once a provider/shop posts starts advertising they clearly want the business and only posting the link lets them control what information is public.
