Exactly my point $4 doesn’t sound very high end. I don’t know where she works in midtown, I’ve just gather all this from “talking shop” with her about about work. She refers to all this stuff as her side job, so I genuinely don’t know any details of it. She’s not asian, but has some relevance to the post.

Imagine the high price is mostly branding (vs quality). Like paying $100 for a t-shirt, or $35 for a burger.

Given that we know good sex (and t-shirts and burgers) is very pleasurable but not hard to come by for a moderate price, I'm curious about how many clients these providers actually have, and relatedly (given their high asking price compared to AMPs), do they regularly offer services at a discount.

At their rates, three or four sessions a week and they're making the after-tax equivalent of a well-paid white collar job. Two sessions a week and they can pay their bills living in a modest Queens studio. One session a week and it's a struggle to stay afloat in NYC.

Their situation reminds me a little of that scene with Alec Baldwin from "Glengarry Glen Ross": first prize is a Cadillac, second prize is a set of steak knives, third prize is you're fired.

I'm curious how many (if any) are driving Cadillacs, vs collecting steak knives vs getting fired. While there are lots of rich guys in NYC, my sense is that getting over that two-session-per-week-at-full-price hump would be challenging.

Girls are charging high unreasonable price because lots of Idiots are paying for it!! Price goes up because of US so STOP paying high price even you can afford.

@sxpm sounds like a great time with your old flame, and agree, there's a lot of value to be had paying much less than upscale prices.

The one I always think about for a bucket list experience is Jade Wang, who’s been on tryst for some time.
