I'm looking fwd to that review! But just to be clear here I don't think OP said Kim calls anyone Hunni. I dunno anything about the text he's referring to either, but he said it was different from saying Hi hunni, something beyond that. What he meant I don't' know but just so we're clear.....

Rarely I called customer HON.
I've never texted ‘how u doing hunni’ to even my EXs.

One day, I was really busy to text back to customers who texted and asked if we were open or not as soon as we reopened last year.
I left all phones at the store and I couldn't answer any texts for few months.

One customer texted me "do not text" even though he texted and asked FIRST..
yeah I knew my answer was toooooooo late due to the pandemic
I felt really sorry to text him back and put his contact information "NO TEXT"
