Yea I can roll back almost completely while erect, it just gets very constrictive and eventually causes reduce blood flow and erection.
The foreskin evolved to provide natural lubrication but seems to have a short half life of utility before it causes problems later in life.
I forgot phimosis reduces blood flow....

most derm doctor recommended to cut.
There's a big circumcision debate right now particularly in USA

All I know is if you need it as an adult it's a lot more complicated and longer recovery time. If my Dad chose to leave me uncut I would hate him.

A lot of groups (similar to pro-lifers) leave out that many uncut guys will get phimosis occurrence at some point in their adult life. The foreskin in general is delicate which is why uncut guys are more prone to getting STDs when going raw. Because of microtears in the foreskin.

Seems to become more of a liability the older you get and there is a specific type of HPV that thrives on cells only found in the foreskin which causes penile cancer.

As an adult the recovery time needed is not worth the procedure. I find that regular stretching exercises can help limit the effects of phimosis. But yea there is pros and cons just like everything else in life.
