I was with two FS different providers recently that gave me NURU showers. One even gave me BBBJ with the Nuru Gel. Amazing BTW! Always covered FS. But now, I'm feeling some discomfort on the outside of my penis and a little on the inside. She also did a B2B with the gel and she was a little stubbly. I'm thinking it's some kind of irritation from the stubble and gel on the outside and irritation from the gel on the inside (I've gotten this before when I used some soap in the shower to choke the chicken). I wasn't worried at first because it was only a slight irritation, but now 2 mornings in a row there was a brief moment of pain that woke me up from a deep sleep. It wasn't much more than an irritation but of course my mind goes straight to my hobby and it takes a while to get back to sleep.

I'm not opposed to seeing a doctor but, because of my insignificant other (BTW, we don't have sex or anything), I CANNOT let tests for STD's go on my insurance. I could probably bury the doctors visit on the insurance but any tests results or charges would show up in the mail on my statement would not be good. Any advice on going to a clinic or somewhere that would take cash? Any chance I could get that morning after pill for STI's just in case? Fuck...
Thanks

PS please share this thread with a friend if they've gone through this before. Thanks!

Get a doctor to give you a prescription for Azythromycin (Z-pack). That will knock out any bacterial infection pretty quickly. I keep several packs on hand-they have a 10 year shelf life. Tell him you are a Prepper and want to be prepared if things go south in the country. Or tell him you work in a field with the potential to get a bacterial infection, and you want to be prepared to treat it prophylactically.

You can also ask him for courses of doxycycline and tell him it’s because you work outside and frequently pull ticks off of your legs or hands and you’re afraid of Lyme disease. There you really only need one or two pills per prophylaxis.

I have done this for years, and in fact, the most frequency that I use them with is after DATY when I start to sense a throat infection. Gonorrhea in the throat is not a pretty thing.

Remember that antibiotics will not touch any viral infection. So if you run across herpes or HPV or HIV, you’re pretty much screwed. BBFS is not a sport for pussies lol.

Feel free to PM me.

Thanks @kgirler. Do you think I could do this at an urgent care or will they not go for that since they don't have a history with me?
In order to build a supply, I would get a general practice doctor and build a relationship. If you PM me I’ll tell you the name of my guy. I don’t think you will get the same arrangement with a female doctor. But that might be me as an old man with a trace of institutional misogyny.

You have to go in looking for a general health manager, and a long-term relationship in order to get this kind of help. I would not go in on your first visit and tell him you might have an STI because he will do a culture, send it to the system and then it’ll be on your health record. You’ll never be able to get health insurance at a reasonable rate because they’ll think your behavior is risky and you have a chance of contracting HIV.

I have a General Practitioner that I've seen off and on for years now. He's definitely in his 60's. I've mentioned having a recurring issue of fatigue. If I push I think I could get him to cough up a Zpack or something to see if I could "nip it in the bud". I will definitely not get the culture unless I'm feeling something really funky inside. Like I said, most likely it's an irritation from the gel/soap combo but I'm to old to be too stupid.

Depends on your relationship with your doctor.
Gotcha. I'm pretty healthy and hate doctors but I guess it's time to go in and act like I want a checkup so I can get a couple pills to make sure my cock is in prime working condition. I hope he doesn't need to do the 'ole digital rectal. I had one once and almost puked. I'd rather crap in a tube and send if off to a lab. I think they have those now.

I am not a doctor but I play one on tv and paid attention in my biology classes. Regular Z-packs will not cure most gonorrhea, chlamydia, and other bacterial STI’s. Those bacteria are now antibiotic resistant and spreading rapidly over the past few years. You really need to take the specific medications indicated to be 100% sure that you can’t infect someone else.

Doxycycline can be effective if taken the morning after unprotected sex on most infections. Good luck getting a “just in case” prescription though - doctors are (rightly) stingy with such strong antibiotics. But they will 100% give you a script if you go in and say you had an exposure, so you can try that route.

Urgent Cares will always treat these issues. They will usually give you the butt shot or prescription the same day. You do not need to be an established patient.

There are also many legitimate and discrete std test companies that work by mail (stdcheck.com was mentioned above).

FYI, just tell any doctor that you're going to somewhere in south Asia for vacation and you're concerned about food poisoning. Surefire easy way to get a round of azithromycin. Btdt many times. They'll probably suggest a hep a/b vaccine as well, but no harm in that.
