I usually go 3-4 rounds in an hour at standard RT place and 2 rounds at spots with full menu. My record is 6 times in 30 minutes for RT! When i go 3 pops lots of providers tell me it's the first time they've seen that
It's weird in my 20s i was a 1 round guy but in 30s it's gone up
Haven't checked my testosterone but I feel like it's gone up in my 30s and I'm pushing 40 now
What helps me
1. Good quality sleep. Get a CPAP machine if you have apnea
2. Workout legs 2-3 times a week. As heavy you can go on leg press machine. Legs are the biggest muscles and release the most testosterone after workout
3. I've tried all different supplements but the ones that help the most are maca powder (put it in a smoothie), arginine and citrulline (either supplement or eat watermelons, beets and spinach all high in arg), ginseng (i drink the diet turkey hill green tea with ginseng for some reason that is really effective but any ginseng supplement should help), and yohimbine
4. Stay away from processed food, sugars, cigarettes, vape, drinking alcohol. These are gonna lower your test and raise estrogen. A little bit of weed can help but too much will raise estrogen
It's not gonna work for everyone but will definitely help. Cheers boys
