This happened to me years ago and I couldn't stop. It didn't hurt that I had a lot more disposable income.

Now that I recently started after a 25 year period, again I cannot stop. And I don't really have the money to support this habit. Though it is less expensive than dating lol

I find myself seeking when I'm not even horny. The hunt is more the attraction it seems to me. There's always one better

No matter where I am i either drive to flushing. Also tried Hempstead, but I must be looking in the wrong places there. I haven't seen anyone on the streets.

I have walked the walk in flushing far too often that it starts to get uncomfortable always saying no. Just sightseeing.

Can anyone steer me right in Hempstead. And can someone recommend an areas not across from Macy's or the New World Mall? Surely i must be overlooking something.

Thank you in advance.

If you want to limit your frequent visits to the Roosiie and Main strolls, plan your trip in advance. Check out the reviews for PGS/PBS/Elite/Thai spas, and book your appointment. You can also check out the spa complex near Cherry St on Main for half the investment.

If you want to abstain, invest in another less expensive hobby for 30 days and see how you feel.

Good luck.

PGS and PBS are way out of my price range. I'm thinking FH or inexpensive AMP's.

There are plenty of places on Roosie in the 80’s in Jackson Heights.

As far as the addiction issue, the addiction could be the result of something gone awry or a pressure filled situation you find yourself in. Or, did you give up another addiction and replace it with this?

Addiction is boredom. I don't have a girlfriend now. And I'm feeling lonely and isolated still.

Sounds to me like you are looking for something that doesn't exist.....time to quit

Maybe read some news stories about the impoverished, or tragedies. Gives you perspective on your life and how lucky you are compared to most people in the world who don't have the time or money to indulge in pleasure. I'm not saying you are not entitled to reward yourself once in a while, but it sounds like you can't afford it. It might make you want to be a better person and achieve more in your life that you always wanted to. It's like they say, "Idle hands are the devils workshop". Set some goals that'll make you a better version of yourself. Make yourself proud.

Pick a passion. Another hobby. Focus on that for awhile until it becomes addicting. Whether it be some sport or playing chess. After awhile the urge leaves. You’ll forget it. ...the other “hobby”. It’s all mental. Read a book. Take a stroll in the park. Think about what else you could do with that money. When you count it and it adds up, becomes depressing. Maybe make it a monthly thing as opposed weekly. Cut back until you can afford the experience and enjoy it instead of finding cheap alternatives. The hunt gets old after time in my opinion, or maybe the thrill wore off. For me at least. After awhile you want something steady or a guarantee of a good time, or else you face regret and try to cover it up with another find, one you may not find time and time again. Cycle continues...
