If you are married, I wouldn't do because of threat to pass on an STD. I don't buy your low volume argument, because she could have been high volume 15 years ago and has something already.

Personally I am not married and do test frequently. But I almost always use a wrap for FS because I don't feel much difference anyway. Sometimes I get carried away (particularly for anal) and proceed without. Particularly with girls who test frequently and don't mind sharing test results (uncommon in USA). I do BBBJ to completion all the time as I perceive the risk to be much lower.
