I am ready to upgrade to one (or all) of these next level places after 6 months of pretty much exclusively amp hobbying. Anyone know if it’s ok to just pay house fee at these places for standard service, or is expectation that there will be a tip?

Expect to tip for dfk & Hj together for sure. I'd say 60-80. Not my cup of tea for reasons I've stated before. However if you like tip is necessary for anything more than basic massage.
