How in hell do you guys get all this time to venture don’t you have a job I work it seems 24/7 trying to free up my time

Like any other interest, you'll find the time if you want to. It's like folks that say they want to get in shape, but say they have no time to exercise. Meanwhile they spend 1-3 hours a day doing things like browsing the internet, watching TV, relaxing, etc. Not judging what people spend their time on, but the time is there. It just depends on what you prioritize. Unless you are actually working something like 12 hours a day, every day.

Everyone has different schedules. Its harder for those with family. Weekends are pretty much off for me except for some rare occassions, i fit it in during my work lunch or id come in late for work in the morning or take a half day off, for me i got that flexbility at work. I almost never get to monger after work . I take opportunities too, like if wife goes out with her friends

Some some, like me, the new combination of work-from-home but go to office two or three days per week has made our schedules more flexible, so even if married, it's easier to find free windows of time (where no one is looking for you) than it was two years ago.

My biggest problem it's money time to fuck I have plenty, maybe that's why money is short

I have plenty of money I own lots of property on the peninsula maybe that is why time is short also I repeat myself I think these orgs are taking advantage about 10 years or so it was 100 now they want nearly 300 do the math next year 500 and they really are clock watchers if you have the money to burn go for it they know you guys will pay any amount you got to know when to walk !!

Wait did a someone who is a landlord in the bay area say these orgs are getting greedy raising prices. I didn't want to get involved because it's really matter of supply and demand (just like real estate) but I just find it incredibly ironic that someone who is well off because they own property on the Peninsula thinks these orgs are out of line for raising prices
