The half life of a Cialis is 17 hrs. The peak levels in blood stream are from 1-6 hrs.

I use 100mg as it is cheaper that way. I bite them in half. I would suggest trying a smaller dose at first. 25mg is usually enough to get the job done for me. When I started I was using the full 100mg tablet and would get headaches. That may have been because they were generics from India on a Canadian website. I now use a doctors prescription and get fda approved generics. These give me no headache at all even when I take the full 100mg. They usually kick in about 15 minutes and I feel a slight flush in my face. Also a somewhat stuffy nose which I clear up with nasal spray.
I have a script for 50mg V which I am supposed to cut in half. 25mg works fine but they are impossible to cut evenly due to the shape. I tried taking the whole 50 and had nothing
