That sure sounds like the two I saw. There is a big difference between the upper eighties and above, where
they will all take 60 and never let you walk. The only exception is the place on 100th street
From 82nd St on down, It's a different story, they are all fast houses looking for a house fee. Once they get
the house fee your going to think your in a Chinese fast food place, They have a price for everything on the menu.
That is what am looking to avoid.
Once they start with 30 or 40, I have never seen one budge and they will let you walk every time
