Has anyone received this text from BGC?

I received it last Wednesday so I thought maybe they take Wednesdays off. But then I received it today Tuesday...

I hope this doesn’t mean I’m BLed. Also what time in the morning can you start texting them? If you text them before they open, do they see those texts and respond after they open, or do they only respond to texts received during PO hours?
