I don’t think they want to share the name of the blonde one . Someone mention Gigi . Went there and ask for Gigi . Some attractive 40 yo skinny but nice mm came in the room and I said I was waiting for Gigi . She told me she’s Gigi . So someone lied . Massage was rush and straight to the flip after 5 min . She knew what I was there for . Didn’t negotiate any service but gave her a 80 tip after the [edited out private details service].
Only thing I don’t like is that I had to wait in the room for 20 min.

Agreed. This type of info should be restricted or kept behind private details at least. Mods could perhaps lock/restrict it?

I walked in at my appointment time and was greeted by the same lady that answered my phone — she’s got her hair dyed blonde and around 5’3. I promptly stated I had an appointment with Lily.
She asks me to take a seat and walks into a room and closes the door behind her. Not even a minute later she comes out with another masseuse who stared at me for a brief moment and went into another room.
The blonde lady tells me “sorry we got the wrong booking time, could you come back tomorrow?”
I was so confused but this isn’t the first time; I’ve heard it happened to my housemate who tried this place.
Any tips on getting an actual appointment?

Have some self-respect and bash the shit out of this place on Yelp. Never go back and make sure the world knows about it. Gas isn't cheap.
The copious reviews here have contributed to their FotM (Flavor of the Month) status. Nothing happening here that isn't happening at countless establishments along the Pen by similarly attractive and service oriented providers. The thrill of the new and possibly unexpected drives monger behavior. It's been pushing me nearly 15 years.
