Taking another mongers appt. Grrr

So an update. I had posted that from my phone. She said "20 minutes, sorry" and it was a provider I really wanted to try and I really liked the way she looked. I had time so I said ok. She took me to a massage room and instead of getting undressed I sat in the chair, made my post, and played some games on my phone. 15 minutes later (probably when the guy that took my spot was finished and getting dressed) she comes in and says "sorry, 2 more minutes" so I gave her the HF and got undressed and laid on the table. The massage was good, though I should know better than to think it's going to be fantastic, and the ending was good (she had some limitations I didn't think she would have, but that was ok, first time) and she did give me the full hour. So, I really just lost 20 minutes or so of time. But yeah, he probably walked in and said "yes, I called". They should have asked for his name as opposed to nothing or "are you X". On the way out I saw another provider that it fairly new there so I will try her the next time. But yeah I get it. There was a chance I would not show up, but honor the appts that we make.
When I call for an appointment, I give them my fictitious name. When I arrive (usually a bit early) I mention the name again and the time of the appointment and the name of the provider. The MMS recognizes my face when she first opens the door and I still give her my info. Haven't had a problem yet.
yeah imagine that other monger having to get dressed. Prob will oil or cream all over him? It's his own fault. The thing is, they knew they screwed up. She did say 20 minutes and was with me in that time, and luckily I had a longer window of opportunity, so that is why I stayed. Otherwise I would have walked. As it turns out, the session was good, but not what I was looking for and I think that was for two reasons. 1. It was later in the day and she had already probably seen 4 or so mongers before me. One of the reasons why I prefer morning sessions. 2. Going from one monger right to the other must be hard on their acting abilities. I know it's performance, even on FS, but I know I would be tired having to do back to backs without a break, and I think that showed in my session. It was good, but I expected a bit more.
good advice, but do you tip the manager of a restaurant you go to frequently each year to make sure your reservation is upheld? I disagree. If I call and make an appt I expect it to be honored. If I am going to be late or not make it I will call them and let them know. Unfortunately, too many mongers call and make appts and don't show, and to the providers that is lost income, so they allow this to happen. The next time I go there and make an appointment I will tell the MMS that I expect my appt to be honored and what happened the last time. I get it, a monger walked in 20 minutes before my appt and when they asked "did you call" he saw what he would be missing out on if he walked out and said "yes". Their next move should have been asking him for his name and if it did not match mine, say "sorry honey, wait 20 minutes, if he doesn't show, you can have the slot". Instead, the gambled and took the risk and I was the one who had to wait 20 minutes. If I was pressed for time I would have walked, but I had a bigger window than normal to get a session in, and I really wanted to see this provider, so I waited. Normally I would walk. What they should have done is gone back into the room and said "let's finish now, the appt came in" and given him his HE to get him out of there, or just told him "sorry honey, appt came in, take care of you next time" and left him there.
