I've never been to a place that offers one, but I'm intrigued. If I find a place with them, do they offer, or will I have to ask about it? What should I expect, if anything, from it?

They will almost certainly ask you if you want one.

But if you smell bad, they will insist and then drag you in there -- this happened to a former friend of mine at the old Ginja spa. He was obese and didn't shower that day.

Some places by me (New England) don’t ask. You have to know it’s there and ask. I think this happens because the norm by me is that a TS doesn’t count as massage time. Even my regular girls are always trying to get me to skip it, they know I shower at home.

You should take advantage of it when it’s there. You get to prove you’re clean, comfortable being naked, and you might get some teasing. It’s a great way to establish intimacy with a new girl.

Odd how most things seem so standard and this varies. By me it’s free and it doesn’t count as part of time. NYC free, part of time you pay for. PA it’s 10 bucks extra and I assume part of time. There’s spots in Asia where it’s free, but a separate girl, a separate tip, and sometimes a separate HE.

In my old days you'd get 10 min in sauna, then the TS then the massage. My current spa of choice has a room but doesn't offer and I haven't asked though I have heard they charge a few bucks more for it. I assume there are places that still do that but I haven't found one in my area.

On my visit last Friday(see my review) I was impressed how nicely decorated and clean that particular establishment was. Overall nice ambiance. Particularly the red lights.

I frequent the AMPs in Passaic, NJ when possible and if you enjoy a good rim job than it’s a must. You’ll know is available because they spend a great deal time cleaning you.

There are clearly many reasons to do the TS. And I totally agree that a good sensual TS is a prelude to more and better things to come during a visit.
Most if not all AMP's in my area include them in the HF.
