Stupid question-How do spas recruit their talent?

The 1730 thread with the Latina got me thinking about how the owner of the spas go about recruiting their talent. I’m assuming there is an asian community in Queens that does this but how? Advertising? How does an Asian group go about recruiting a Latina to work with them.

Beyond that. Even for Asians every place has its own requirements or norms. SDS has all GFE at a reasonable price. I assume the draw is high volume but they have to be okay providing that level of service for the price. Darae different mindset of girls doing a certain thing (less) for more money. Then there are the legit DIY places and everything in between.

Many Jack shacks have a wide range of services where the services can expanded with the right chemistry, number of visits and donation. But they are supposed to be HE only. Definitely had success in this arena converting the HE ladies to full boat But how do these places market themselves to the people who take on these roles? Also is it wrong to assume that most will do any service but follow a set of rules told to them by the ownership. Just wondering how these matches between what someone is willing to do and what a place allows them to do happen.

And yes how does an AMP find a Latina?

Ads in their home country. "Meet American men". The ads decribe the requirements. The girl forks over a large sum of money to cover costs and margins and she taken to America to work off the debt.

By the way, I love this question. The answer that I gave is only one way and it doesn't fully answer how the matchmaking piece works because these girls often rotate.

I looked at the 168 worker site. (Can’t find US 144). It is pretty generic. Location and good commission.

Let me rephrase my question. Let’s say they already came to the country. They may or may not already be indentured to one agent. The question is how do they match the individual with the type of work expected. Some are hot young wild GFE like Manhattan. As far as Westchester there is that type of experience like SDS but then there are other granny HE or DIY situations and everything in between. I like getting the MILFs to expand but that’s not my point.

How do they match the girl with the place with the tips. Is there a thought process to it?

I believe it is all up to what the girl is comfortable doing. Some will only do R&T, some will do FS but don’t want to kiss. Some will be full on GFE. I believe this explains the high turnover rate and constant change in girls along with them looking for where they can make more. One of my past ATFs I don’t see anymore has a strict no kissing rule. She works at a regular storefront AMP. She tried 2 days at NYCVIPSPOT and came back to her regular rotation of locations.

It's probably nothing overly sophisticated. They probably maintain a list of girls along with what they are comfortable with. They also probably maintain a list of AMPs and what's allowed at each and girl physical requirements. Then manually matchmake and rotate.

I have to think that human trafficking comes into play in a lot of these places. As terrible as it is to say it's just a part of the industry.

I’m not naive but I was working with the principle that there was some free will involve and that the provider and employer has some say in who goes where. Who goes to work FS GFE place and who goes to R&T and everything in between. Was just curious on this dynamic.

Pretty much. I think you nailed it. Maybe no one really cares as long as the end product is on the shelves. I tend to be curious how the sausage is made.

If you have appleTV check out This is life with Lisa Ling. Season 7 episode 4. The secret world of massage parlors. Pretty eye opening. What I found most interesting is the ages she mentioned that are here in the states are mostly 35 to 50. That's because the countries they come from tend to keep the younger ones for themselves. Then when they get too old for them they send them here. Wild stuff.

How much money do you guys think these girls make per month? It will vary, based on the girl, the season, etc. Just give an average range

A girl I used to see regularly and befriended told me that working 7 days a week at an FS AMP, she pulled in 25-30k a month cash. None of it is taxed.

These $25,000-$30,000 for FS are good numbers. Going back to the original question about recruiting talent; the Korean’s use word of mouth and as large as the community is, it’s also a small world. All the Korean girls network with each other to find work, bosses usually own multiple stores. It’s also a very secret community, very few share anything with anyone outside the actual people involved, this includes husbands, boyfriends, and people that think they are close to a girl. For the most part, most of these girls and bosses all know each other, know of each other, or are connected in a distant way, meaning friends of friends. The Chinese side works a little different, although word of mouth is also used half the time, there are websites that the Chinese girls use and bosses advertise on for a fee. Some Korean bosses also use these Chinese sites if talent is low, especially Chinese speaking Korean bosses. There is a lot of detail I left out, but generally this is how it works.
