It's been a while since I had high school health class. But to my knowledge you are more likely to get an oral sTD/STI if the girl has an open wound or sore in her mouth and toy have the same on junior. It's like mixing blood then.

Some diseases can pass mouth to junk. Some are mouth only. Herpes is herpes, it can go anywhere.
Anytime fluids contact you're in danger.
Certain things pass through skin contact. So even a condom can't stop everything.

clinical execution even though is not as much fun is the best Option if you think long ..also depends where we are in life ..a person in 60s vrs one in 30s ..wat u have to loose compounds..who does not like more fun but unless its countries like new zeland or some places in europe which are regulated and safety checked regularly the stakes are high!!
It’s all a crap shoot/Russian roulette. Without getting into to much details, I was part of a private group that we shared a lot of intel. One of the guys admitted to catching HSV1 and 2 from this hobby. He still goes BB at all the MP’s. Good luck but don’t get mad if you do catch something. It’s an assumed risk in this hobby
HSV-1 is what will, 99% of the time, be what the Lady will have in her mouth if she has the virus.
HSV-1 can be transferred to a guys privates but very rare and even if it does there wont be multiple outbreaks because HSV-2 is what causes Genital Herpes. HSV-1 in a sense doesn't want to or can't really manifest down there.
