I've done it too. And thought it was totally worth the money sometimes. Sometimes not. There can be a huge gulf between the best girls and the average ones. Its the same as everything. If you get arrested, and you can afford it (Like Kraft) you buy the $5000 dollar an hour legal team, not the 150 an hour ones. I drive a nice car, not a shitbox for the same reason. SHEEEETTTT!! I NEVER provide personal info to a AMP provider. Now when I've done mongering in Toronto or Montreal and the escort does an outcall to my hotel, I'm verifiable because I need to give my room number (always stay at 4 star, and an occasional 5 star hotel during the off peak tourist period). Sure, do whatever you want. But girls only ask for this stuff because guys like you are willing to give it. In every part of the world I've been to where sex work is more mainstream (UK, HK, Japan, etc), nobody will ever ask for this stuff from a client, but they WILL go head over heels to provide you verification that the girl you are paying for is the girl in the pictures. This is how it is supposed to work.
Clients are the customers and are paying the money. There are other ways to ensure safety rather than making somebody send you sensitive personal information. Beyond that, sending a "blacked out" ID provides literally no value, as they can't run a LE or criminal history check on you on that basis. All you're doing in that case is sending a criminal selfies.
The girl is not going to trust you with a photo of her ID, her legal name, or her LinkedIn profile. Why would you trust her with yours? Would you send a verification photo to a drug dealer? No? Then why would you send it to a prostitute? Would you believe a drug dealer if he said he deleted your photos? No? So, why do you believe a prostitute?

My best was this girl in HK. I’d gotten her as a thank you from a customer for a good job, and the next time I was in town I contacted her, not knowing the price. At the end of the day, references work just fine and anybody asking for more should be viewed with suspicion. They don't want your personal info for their own safety - in most cases they want it as an insurance policy at your expense.

Gotta a real fuckin small world story. I was bonking this very freaky escort (real Greek trooper).
