So on the "Indy based" boards, there are a few reasons not to give bad reviews, and also reasons for when and why you should.
1) They often have dirt on you. When it comes to AMPs, none of them know who Thumper is. But most Indy's ask for your real name, a photo, references, and board names. If no refs are available, they may ask for proof of identity like LinkedIn Profile, or work email. So I am not going to risk posting a bad review, only to have some psycho chick show up at my office, or start sending emails to my CEO.
2) Just because I don't find the provider attractive, doesn't mean that all other men won't as well. And my idea of clean, might not match someone else's. So why should I cost her business because I prefer my providers to be younger than my parents? This poor chick flips tricks for a Living, why should I make life any harder then it already is.
When to absolutely post negative reviews about Indy's ...
1) She gives you an std.
2) Vomits on your arm (this recently happened to me at an amp)
3) You get robbed, attacked, etc...
4) Services not as advertised
5) Chick was a dude
You get my point
Now AMPs are a little different, I don't mind posting truthful experiences, because it helps the hobby. And let's face it, the MMS could give 2-shits.
