For those of you familiar with the area (mainly the Roosevelt Ave stretch from 70th Street - 114th Street give or take), what restaurants with spanish cuisine would you reccomend? You can include carts/stands as well. I would love to try the gems you know of, hole in the wall spots, etc. I went to a Colombian restaurant a few weeks ago, got a steak dinner and honestly it was kind of bland. I felt like I chose a place that looked nice but the food itself was okay. I hope this post is okay in this section. I know there are soo many different places, but its hard to narrow it down and I can only go to that area every once in a while. Always nice to finish a great massage with a great meal, or even get a massage while buzzed after having a great meal and drinks.

Try 'la casa de pollo peruano'
81-12 Roosevelt.
Ask for the Lomo saltado.

Don't be afraid of the green sauce.
That ones cool and inexpensive.

Las delicias though on 104 st by Corona Ave is much better. Get the Jalea. Or any other traditional peruvian dish

Can't recommend by name but the stretch from 87-84th Streets are jammed with restaurants and bars. Take a nice walk on a summer night and take in all the hot chicas.(y)(y)

I haven't been to this spot in a long time. Its called Listo Pollo on 86th street and 37th avenue. The Colombian food was good, big portions. The waitress's were all hot and young. And they always wore tight short mini skirts with blouses that had their tits bursting. But that was years ago and I haven't been in a while.

When I did a quick google map, I had to share the pic. Look at all those fat culos.

Can confirm. However, it’s been over a decade since I was there.

Another recommendation for OP is Chivito D’ Oro on 84th and 37th Ave. Great Uruguayan steakhouse.

I went to this steakhouse a few days ago and it was great! Skirt steak was on point, and the side of rice and beans with a sangria hit the spot. I want to thank everyone for the recommendations and I will get to them eventually. But a special thank you to elbobsponge! Great recommendation!
