What are the disadvantages? There really aren’t any.
Personal Preferences.
The site looks 30 years old and is clunky and hard to navigate on mobile.
There is no way to track the threads you post on making it harder to find where you posted. This site makes it easy to track your posts and replies.
Harder to have conversations due to the ratings system. One liners gatekeepers. Hard to know if your comment will fit in the one-line rating system so sometimes I won’t post a comment if I’m not sure it will fit and I don’t want the anti line-liner backlash.
Ratings/Karma System
I thought this was a good thing at the beginning but after seeing it in action for a bit I’ve changed my view on it. There is a myth that higher RA ratings mean better reports but that is not the case. I tried to be a good citizen there and marked my reviews at 30 or 40 but only to have other mongers with the same RA level as me, come in and post at 10 or 20 and suck up all the views and karma. I can see it may do some good protecting your reviews from org POs but the org shills and moles are already hard at work on that site. The only angry text I ever got from a PO was just 15mins after I posted a negative review for one of their kgirls on that site and I had to convince them that it wasn’t me. What fun.
Things I find problematic.
The emphasis on pictures in the reviews is leading to bad things, imo. There are already reports with the monger posting pictures he took inside the room. WHAT A FUCKING HORRIBLE IDEA! Of course, he said it was with permission, but I find that hard to believe. Only a matter of time before they are sneaking pics of the kgirls walking to the bathroom or something and saying “Oh, she said it was fine as long as her face wasn’t in the picture.” We’ll never know but I think they are liars.
More people there seem to enjoy being rough with the kgirls. Several reviews there now use words like “rape”, “choking”, “pulling hair”, “forcing”, “slapping”. There was some backlash in the beginning, but a lot of the guys over there showered them with karma, and some encouraged them to “keep it up”. It wasn’t until I picked a fight with one of them publicly, did they end up getting banned otherwise he would still be there posting about roughing up our favorite kgirls. I have no doubt he’s back with another account and rising through the ranks. We’ll see how this site handles that kind of thing.
There are a lot of the same low key racist and asshole trolls accounts that learned to play the game and are rising through the ranks to get high RA access. I also see accounts from people that were nothing but miserable SOB’s when they were here and only existed to trash everyone’s opinion on every review thread. Thankfully, a lot of them said they would never come back to this site. Good riddance!
Then I just see some general stupidity and lack of common sense (which, in fairness, can be found anywhere). Mongers that are giddy from their session will post private details about a girl’s schedule which I feel puts her privacy and maybe even her safety at risk (of course, everyone showers them with karma and praise, so I’d be the party pooper to point it out).
All that said, I do appreciate that site took us in as refugees and even opened a section for the Bay Area. I will use both sites for intel but will only be posting reviews on this site going forward.
