Well, had to run to Main st to collect rent. Not something I usually do but things are not normal. Hate sitting in traffic so took the subway. Uneventful ride. Honestly, I've never seen anything in the states like it. Maybe this is the new normal since Covid knocked the shit out their cash stream? Have to mention a BILLION people on the street too.Like no one listens to the the news. I'm in midtown and Soho. NO one is working at the office. Streets are empty of commuters. So be careful when around so many people.

Flushing is a place where even if you have a bad time, you won't lose too much money, so you can try again. Flushing is a place where if you see a lady and you think she's hot or you think she might give excellent service, even if your wrong, you won't go broke giving her a try.

Oh there have been some true hotties, and hey don't knock the asians grandmas, many of them put young girls to shame, especially in the service and skill department. And there are other ladies around flushing and for the most part their prices are better than in the city.. but they are the exception, not the rule.
And the general rule is a girl of value in flushing will do one of two things, quickly gain a client list so large she will not be standing on the streets trying to get customers. Or she will get so popular she moves away from flushing to a spot where she can charge more.
The rule in flushing is if you find a good girl, you need to get her number right away because she will likely be gone the next week.

40th Rd was a disaster waiting to happen. Too many transactions conducted on the streets to not cause issues. And then density of "spas" in one area drew too much attention. But until the NYPD gets back to prioritizing Vice, it might be business as usual if kept discreet.

I've never "mongered" in Queens, although that might change in the near future due to some good tips I've gotten recently, but I wanted to say that from all the comments and reviews I've read here since I joined this site, it should very apparent to everyone that what you are saying here in the message I highlighted is 100% true. They like Flushing because it is cheap. Reminds me of an old poster I remember: Cheap, Good, Fast -- pick any two. For the most part, and from what I've read here, Flushing is Cheap and Fast. Which is fine. If guys want to bang cheaper, older women that is their preference. It is just that some here act like they are getting some great bargain while inferring that those of us who prefer hot, young girls at 3.0 to 4.0 or more per hr are overspending. It's all relative. To me, buying a Corvette or a Porsche is overspending when you can buy a Camry instead. Drinking Johnny Walker Blue is overspending when you can drink Old Crow. To each his own, but call it what it is.

Even apartment setup with buzzed doors have been busted. I think the 24hr Spa on 37th and Prince was busted while one floor above was a FS place that show how remained open. You can literally see the notice on the door saying Spa is closed due to prostitution violation as you walked up to the FS place. Crazy
