Yes because before dating I told her everything since we were super close friends. She felt it was probably good for stress. Once together she just said don’t change anything as I feel it is good for you. So I lucked out

Lucky you! Do you only go to r&t places or full service? Is she OK with you fucking them or just the hj/bj?

Be like me. Have a bad back/knee/neck/liver/whatever. Have appointments with pain/orthopedic doctors where SO wasn't present. Tell her doctor's recommendation is physical therapy (which you will faithfully schedule), and massages (also "suggested" by physical therapist). Offer to take her to couples massages once in a blue moon (legit place off groupon of course) to ease any suspicions.
