1. Use Certain Dri roll-on on your feet before you put on your socks. It will keep your feet from sweating too much in your shoes.
2. Use clotrimizole cream (generic name for Lotrimin) on your feet in the morning and before bed, you can order from Amazon for cheap.
3. Switch shoes/sneakers often. You should try to use at least 3 pairs a week that you alternate. This will give your shoes time to dry out.
4. If the three things above don't do it then you should soak your feet in apple cider vinegar (1 part ACV/4 parts warm H2O) once a day.
