We all started our as beginners at one point or another. Best thing you can do is go get a massage and see what happens. The girl will led you.
Then if not to your liking go to another spa. Write a review after that visit and gain access to read the Private Details.
Start slow and work your way up. Don't go all out at once. Some of my best times have been at non FS places.
As far as Shiatsu, it is an older spa , no Table Shower, no frills place that offers a great relaxing massage.
