Wish I was writing a positive review instead of this tale of woe.
Have seen several positive reviews as well as many posts about how hard it is to contact her. Been trying to see her since she returned from a medical leave (surgery?). After several attempts, finally got hold of her last week. Made an appointment for 5:30. Having been ghosted several times by other independents, I thought it wise to confirm at 5:00. She texted back saying a sudden emergency with a friend had come up, apologized profusely, and offered to reschedule. We agreed on 9:00 am the next day. I texted to confirm at 8:30. She said she had a massive headache, apologized profusely, and said the 3rd time would be the charm. I've tried to text and call her a few times since then but no reply. Because of her positive reviews and awesome pics, I'll try a few more times but I don't know....
