So I was wondering, if one was to throw a huge sex party with like 40 people, does anyone know of any hotels that can accommodate that or have a recommendation for a venue?

Hotels have Max Occupancy rules. So maybe you could get away with booking a block of rooms?

haha if it run's I'll post for future events. But the concern I have is for noise control since it's gonna be a regular party but designed to make it more of a sex party style. I need to find a venue big enough to host that many people and also not get complaints. occupancy rules im not too concerned of as that's easy to get by.

Try to get a large suite or two rooms with Adjoining doors. It should probably be at the end of the hallway to minimize noise and other guests being nosey. Like was mentioned, check SLS for hotel recommendations. Some places have tacit understandings that these sort of things occur and they are ok with it. There are a few guys who run GB events in the area. You can probably find them by searching on Fetlife and reaching out out to them there to see what hotels they use. This is pretty spot on.

Well, except asking for advice. Some of those guys are good folks, but some of them are pretty slippery and I wouldn't trust them.

Also you might want to look into the sex party/dungeon spaces that are available for rent. Some of them you could decorate as just a party space that just so happens to have private rooms and beds (and condoms & lube) in case someone wanted to fuck.
