I get absolutely nothing from the search...in fact, it’s a huge pain in the ass...wish I could just snap my fingers and suddenly appear at the door, knowing exactly what she’s going to look like and exactly how things are going to go. I got nothing from the “chase” as a single guy, either. Scouring these forums for intel just to avoid being bait and switched, bad experiences, and wastes of my hard-earned money fucking sucks ass, but it’s really the only way to do this unless you have an unlimited budget for it.
Agree with Zippy all of that researching etc. is a pain the ass I'd be happy to do without. Even the list keeping and schedule arranging is a chore. Same with the appointment making. And none of that is even the ritual.

It used to be all about the sex and the pre-sex visuals for me. However, in the last decade, I've shifted pretty dramatically to where the sex is certainly enjoyable, but the picking from a line up (virtual or preferably in person), visual, the anticipation and fantasizing before the session, the flirting, conversing, interpersonal interaction with the girl during the session (aside from the sex) is the highlight now.

Fuck the pre-work (for mongering). When I first started out, I would research heavy. Once I found AMPs (KKP was my first circa 2015), spahunter, and TER, things got so much easier. I was more inclined to TOFTT back in the day, which led to more sporadic quality in sessions.
These days, seldom do TOFTT and just stick to the well-reviewed / my regulars. Always a gamble seeing a "new" person given YMMV and shills for spas, but my quality of sessions has been consistently great the past few years.

I actually enjoy a little bit of both...I totally agree that research/intel can be very laborious...no doubt about it. I'm pretty specific and I don't waste a lot of time on agency info, unless there is someone there that really catches my attention. Does this happen a lot, with girls asking you to hangout? I've done my share of it, but almost always, it's me pursuinig the girls. I would say that about a third of my dates are initiated by a provider or Seeking girl asking to hang out again. The research is annoying but if you are comparing the anticipation leading up to the appointment vs the actual sex acts, I think its close. Maybe 60/40 in favor of the sex acts. The excitement of texting a provider then going to a random address and not knowing what's on the other side of the door all while trying to be discreet in the busiest city in the world is itself a thrill.

I find it shocking that anyone ever considers the photos as more than a suggestion of what they might look like. First there is the time I'm guessing it takes to find out if the photo or even video are "really her", then there's all the filtering and effects. They might as well be cartoons and animation. I almost never even look at them.
