Looking for a therapist who understands and enjoys the sensual part of the job.
Most places have a rigid pattern; 45 minutes of therapeutic and 15 minutes of that annoying feather touch.
Looking for someone who excels at alternating between the two for the hour.
I've been to Yun and Rose and those aren't it, as both are formulaic and repetitive if you have gone more that twice.

You have to build your relationship with a certain provider and let her know how you'd want it. Of course, better tipping always works.

For almost all providers, it is transactional. I've yet to find one that actually thinks enough about the sensual aspects of it, as most men just want to get to the finish line. It's very formulaic. Would love to find this unicorn also! But an investment in time and relationship is mandatory for any chance of it.
