Selfie photos

I’ve been seeing more Indy providers asking for a selfie photo for verification. Anybody have an issue with it or see it as so a provider can see who is actually coming? Any thoughts or experiences?

Sure if you don't mind having your mugshot plastered all over the web if something goes wrong, ie you miss an appointment, their phone gets hacked, LE seized their phone. You get the picture, pun intended.

True! It's a deal killer. I had one ask me last week for a selfie. I said I'm on the way why did you need a selfie? "For my protection.."
no way! I turned around and went back home. Definitely don't want my pic out their. And no reason to send it anyway. Scam

agreed. not to mention blackmail. I sent one recently with an N95.. and one eye. She was like try again. Nope... to verify race and age is one thing. Full face is another. In hindsight even the mask photo w one eye visible is too identifying.

I dealt with a different issue, after the session the provider says she will give me a head massage, so I lay there with my eyes closed but I hear her periodically texting on her phone and don't think nothing of it, until suddenly felt the camera flash go off and I opened my eyes and I see her scrambling with her phone. I was really pissed and scared for a moment, I asked her to see phone and she was also scared that I noticed, but from the broken translation she said I was handsome and just wanted to show her friend. that sucked. I checked her gallery and saw the one bad snapped picture as the flash went off, but she could have had some sort of hidden folder. The session was amazing and she let me do ALOT, but I never returned after that.
