Seeking generic Viagra or Cialis similar to Lang Yi Hao

Discovered this little product about two years ago. 8 pills, $10 and available at almost every Chinese Import/Export shop. Works great 99.8% of the time.

Went to my regular place last week and they were all out, as was every other spot in C-Town.

Anyone have suggestions for alternatives that I can just walk in and grab?

Don’t take this shit. It works for ED because it has genetic Viagra in it at unknown doses but it also has a bunch of other shit in it to for God knows why. Most dangerous filler is Chloramphenicol which can cause aplastic anemia(look it up, you don’t want it). Unregulated Chinese products are real crap shoots. Don’t


Chloramphenicol is one of the least effective, yet most dangerous antibiotics approved for use in the US. It’s rarely used in the states and only done so under close physician supervision to patients admitted to hospitals because of the potentially lethal blood dyscrasia side effects. No idea why that ingredient would be put in anything. Chinese pharmaceuticals formulations are real head scratchers.

Want Viagra without the hassle of prescription? Go to Mexico or S. America where it’s OTC or ask someone who travels there to get some. At least your chances of getting a product that’s been approved and verified will be better as the pharmacies in those locations are “supposed” to only sell approved products.

It does not matter. The exporter will come up with a new name and packaging and start shipping again and they will use misleading custom documents to get back into the market for a limited time before the FDA catch up to them
Nothing the FDA can really do to stop the flood of these dangerous items, just a bandaid

You can get generic slidenafil at some pharmacies in BK for a dollar a pill without insurance. Obviously you need a prescription.

Taking these unregulated pills is such bad decision making. There's literally no way of knowing what's in it. When you make drugs, you always end up making byproducts that may look similar but can have different effects. Why make the effort to clean things up?

My experience has been this.
When I started using the viraga i did 50 mg and as time went by 75 and now the max 100mg at 70 years old
But also you should not take it on a full stomach but wait like 2 hours. If you must eat, eat some fruits, not heavy.
Also you need to wait a minimum of one hour before it kicks in.

well i mean i dont need it except for the occasional i wanna last longer or expecting a 2 hr+ session. should i be taking the 50mg instead. dont wanna mess myself up and become dependant on it

I may be incorrect, but I do not think viraga will delay your ejacuation as the medication works on your blood pressure to enable you to have sex. It does not delay the process. You would be better off taking an antihistamine like benadryl
