For the roughly 40 SB I have met, I have done only 1 pure m&g where we met up for drinks and didn't fuck on that day...The other dude were lunch and dinner then back to the hotel or her apartment but the numbers were already discussed and the meet was a basic serial killer/weirdo test. Mostly I have met them straight away in the cold most of the times it has worked out with a few strike outs...and I agree with the approach of discussing expectations and numbers before the m&g... IMHO, 5 hours is too long unless there is some existing relationship. Even 4 hours is stretching it. 3 hours is enough time to scratch an itch, especially if its your first time with the girl. It would really suck to pay for 5 hours and find out that there is zero chemistry and you want to scram after less than an hour (it happens).

With some spa girls, I can go 6-8 hours. But only because its a combination of sex, massage and sleep. Those are great experiences, but a SB likely won't do massage.

I am also no longer a fan of overnight visits. If I don't get at least 5 hours of sleep a night, the next day usually sucks. And there is too much that can happen on an overnight visit to sabotage that. I typically worry about farting or snoring (both of which I do), which keeps me up. Also the girl may have habits that keep you up too. And, for us older guys, we may have to get up and pee in the night. So you end up paying to expose her to your bodily functions (and vise versa). There was one time a girl woke me up by blowing me. That was great, but it was also the exception to the general rule.

I'm fortunate in that I can pop 4 and even 5x .
